SBS Capital has has established SBS Capital Funds for First Round and Specialized Direct Investments, primarily in energy. Our funds are primarily backed by corporate treasuries. Each fund operates within specific investment guidelines. Our goal is to make investments that build jobs, introduce new technologies and improve the human condition.
We didn't start out as a venture capital company. It was an accident. We don't do a lot of the same old vulture stuff. We fail to do a lot of things that other VC's don't do. Or maybe we do things right for a change.
Our Consulting Services Unit provides you with the point of contact. You will be asked to sign a placement agreement with SBS Consulting Services. This means that your internal representative is responsible for getting you the money you need even if it doesn't come from our own funds.
We assign a Client Representative to be your primary point of contact. This person will act as your coordinator and spokesperson within our funding entity. They will collect and verify materials and make a presentation to our Fund Board.
